Studio Policies

Deposits & Payments
A Non-Refundable Deposit is required for all bookings to secure your spot on the calendar. This goes toward your total service cost. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment via accepted payment methods.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Every appointment is valuable. Please provide at least 24-48 hours notice if you need to reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time may result in a forfeited deposit or a re-booking fee.
Grace Period
To ensure the studio remains on schedule, there is a 15-minute grace period. Late arrivals may incur an additional fee. If you are more than 30 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled to protect following sessions.
Guest Policy
Due to the intimate, one-on-one nature of the studio experience, I ask that you do not bring extra guests or children to your appointment unless they are also booked for a service. This ensures a relaxed, focused environment for all clients.
